Short version: Outsmart respects your privacy. We collect only what's needed to run the game and your account. We never sell your data, and you can play as a guest with no sign-in.
What we collect
Account (optional): if you sign in with Apple, we receive a stable, anonymous identifier (Apple never shares your name or email unless you choose to). We use it to save your progress and connect you with friends.
Gameplay: your scores, streaks, ratings, owned cosmetics, and friends — to run the game and leaderboards.
Advertising: we show rewarded ads via Google AdMob. With your permission (the App Tracking Transparency prompt), AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to personalize ads. You can decline; the game still works.
What we do NOT collect
Your contacts, location, health data, messages, photos, or browsing history.
How we use it
To run the game, save progress, enable friends/duels/leaderboards, and show ads that keep Outsmart free. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
Apple — Sign in with Apple.
Google AdMob — rewarded ads (see Google's privacy policy).
Cloudflare — hosting and database.
Your choices
Decline ad tracking at the ATT prompt or in iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
Delete your account/data by contacting us (removes all associated records).
Play as a guest with no sign-in (progress stays on-device).
Children's privacy
Outsmart is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 beyond the anonymous identifiers above.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy in the future, the new version will be posted at this URL with a new last-updated date.
